Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Ever After AZ, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made with adequate notice. -Appointments Under $150- Appointments with a total service value of less than $150 do not require a deposit at booking. However, a valid card on file may be required to reserve your appointment. -24-Hour Rescheduling Grace Period- I understand that life happens! Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time with no fee. -Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or missed without notice (no-show) will incur a fee of 25% of the total scheduled service amount. Example: A full lash set totaling $140 would result in a $35 cancellation/no-show fee if canceled same day or missed without notice. *Repeated last minute cancellations or no shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
